PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAY

Cameron Peters hold professional development days once a year, attended by interior designers and lighting professionals. Illustrated talks are held at Ardington House, together with visits to Cameron Peters nearby showrooms, lunch and other refreshments.

This year on November 7th, the subject under discussion was Energy Efficient Lighting. After registration and coffee, Nicki Burridge of NB Lighting Design gave a presentation on the technical implications of low energy lighting. After lunch served by the team at Ardington House, Jordi Petitbo the world export manager of Vibia (Spain) spoke on the challenges facing lighting manufacturers who produce low energy lights.

After a short break, Peter Younie, MD of Cameron Peters gave a presentation on decorative low energy lighting. Talks were followed by open discussions and delegates were shown around Cameron Peters’ nearby showrooms before lunch and tea. Delegates were given a full information pack on leaving.
