70 years ago the Anglepoise lamp designed by George Carwardine was introduced by Herbert Terry & Sons - and it remains a great British classic.

Today Anglepoise is run by Herbert's great great grandson, Simon Terry. Ranges include the Apex, Radia, Optiflex, Point and Moonbeam, and in 2003 Kenneth Grange designed the new Type3 - a softer, more domestic version of the wildly popular office Anglepoise.
