DIFFUSE

Award winning Diffuse was set up 1998 by Lucy Bilcocks and her husband Jason Boatswain. Porcelain is designer Lucy Bilcock's favourite material, and in her lamps it casts a welcoming, translucent glow.

Her shades are subtly decorated with textures, and their clean cut lines fit magically into a wide variety of decorating styles.
Using traditional materials and techniques, interpreted in an exciting but understated way, Diffuse are probably the only company making contemporary porcelain chandeliers, in very large, medium and small sizes.

One of their pendants, decorated with a coffee bean, hangs in Costa Coffee shops across the country and their pendants imprinted with a baby's footprint are irresistible for a nursery.
