Samuel Parker patented a new
form of plastic in 1992 called Opalflex© - unique in
luminosity, flexibility and resistant to discoloration from
age and heat.
Within three years he had created Slamp, and 13 internationally
acclaimed designers had produced the Atelier collection.
The Fiorella, Ginetta and Medusa chandeliers are designed
by Nigel Coates, the innovative British architect who also
teaches at the Royal College of Art.
