Our aim is to deliver all orders to the UK, highlands and islands on a weekday within five working days of the confirmation of order.

We reserve the right to ship to you by whatever method we deem most suitable. However, typically we use DPD. The details in this section of the web site are based on their service and charges. If the shipping cost or service will be different for your order, we will let you know in the order confirmation and give you the right to cancel the order.

Time of Delivery

In the UK, DPD’s Predict & Follow My Parcel service will notify you by text or email of the one-hour window within which they expect to deliver to you. If it is not convenient, you have a number of “in-flight” options, such as changing the date, or where it should be left (with a neighbour, or in a specified safe place). For an additional cost, you can also upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12:00, the afternoon, or a Saturday or a Sunday.

DPD also enable you to watch on your smartphone the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, down to a final fifteen minute time-slot, so you don’t have to hang about waiting unnecessarily.

This is the UK service. The procedures for deliveries elsewhere will vary country to country.

On Receipt

It is essential that you check the packaging for any damage as soon as possible, and notify us (at within forty eight hours if the Goods are damaged. You must keep the packaging in case it is needed for an insurance claim and/or to return the Goods if we ask you to. If possible, attach a photograph of the damaged packaging to your email.

Shipping Times and Costs

The prices below for Europe (excluding Cyprus and Malta) are per order: the price is the same for any quantity.

For Cyprus and Malta, and for the Rest of the World, they are per item.

The UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands (Channel Islands, Scottish islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight) 

Our aim is to deliver all orders on a weekday within five working days of the confirmation of order.

The shipping charge is currently £11 per order (for as many Nellys as you like).

The Rest of Europe

Our aim is to deliver all orders on a weekday within ten working days of the confirmation of order.

The shipping charge per order (for as many Nellys as you like) is currently as follows:

You can return goods under the following circumstances, which are fully explained in our Terms and Conditions of Sale:

-        if there is a problem with the goods

-        if you cancel the contract within fourteen days. 

Take Reasonable Care of the Goods

You must take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in your possession. In particular, you must return the Goods in the packaging in which it arrived. It is specifically designed both to protect the goods when in transit, and to be reusable. If you are cancelling the contract, we may make a deduction from our refund to you for any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling by you or by your not using the correct packaging for the return.

Returns Authorization Number

Email us at about your intention to return. We will agree with you the best course of action. If it is to return the goods to us, we will issue you with a Returns Authorization Number (“RAN”). Under no circumstances will a Return be accepted by us without a valid RAN.

Returns Procedure

In our email that accompanies the RAN, we will explain what procedures you must follow. If it is to use DPD, please click here. After you have entered the relevant details, you will be emailed a Return Label for you to print out. Attach it to the parcel before taking it to one of over 2,500 DPD Pickup shops.

Who Pays?

You pay if you are cancelling within fourteen days. We pay if there is a problem with the Goods, assuming that you have taken reasonable care of them and return them in their own packaging (see above).
